Benchtop Peristaltic Pumps with Automatic pH Control
The PS500 Series of benchtop peristaltic pumping units have been developed for the continuous and accurate transfer of liquids in laboratory, research and development, hydroponic, and horticultural applications.
Each unit features a peristaltic pump driven by a stepper motor with a digital speed controller allowing for smooth and precise dosing of liquids even at very low flow rates.
Each unit has two operating modes:
1. Pump runs continuously at a speed set manually by the user
2. Pump starts and stops automatically according to a pH value set by the user, runs at a speed set manually by the user.
The unit is able to maintain pH to an accuracy of 0.1 pumping either an acid or a base.
The following items must be purchased separately to enable automatic pH control:
– pH transmitter with 4…20mA output via a male GX16-2 connector plus pH probe*
– Siemens Logo!Soft Comfort software*
– Ethernet cable*
– PC or laptop

Maiden’s Well pumps use a digital control which allows us to accurately dial in to very low flow rates and to make micro-adjustments on the fly without causing jumps in the reaction. They have really made my life easier!
